Amy's Closet, Inc. opened July 5, 1995 at 203 Main Street, Emlenton, PA. Amy Whitehill had worked as the HR/OPS Manager for the Bon Ton at the Cranberry, PA for 5 years and decided that it was time to have her own shop. Amy had always been in the customer service field with positions in the hotel, retail, and teaching industries. Amy's Closet, Inc. had to come up with ways to service customers being in a small rural community so, customers could make appointments, schedule home appointments, deliver merchandise , and be available to local community organizations to help with fund raising by providing Fashion Shows. Amy loves the shop and helping customers with fashion needs.
